Amount deduction

I usually don’t check my balance. Today when i checked my balance it was Rs.11, five days back itself i recharged full talk-time of 120 my balance on April 17 is 145 plus. When i checked my balance on 23rd April it was Rs.11. When I spoke to Vodafone customer care he was saying that you have downloaded something from third party website when i asked about the details he was saying he don’t have detail. After the call i checked my downloading history. I have not downloaded single file after 16th April. I have still data usage left of 45Mb on 23rd April. I recharged internet pack for one month which will expire on 26th April. Why Vodafone is doing this fraud with customers with falsified reasons. Please do credit my 130 rs back or give me a valid reason with proof. My number 9986181578. Not satisfied with customer care response his name (Mruthyunjaya Hiremanth).
