amount has been deducted from my bank account but i didnt get the recharge nor in my JRI card balance..

I recharged my mobile bearing number 9874081037(AIRTEL) online through www.justrechargeit.com. on Apr 17 2015 11:42AM.
the recharge was successful as shown by this website e.i.

but i didnt get the balance in my mobile.when i complain about it to this website they suggest me to show the transaction Id 1531556095 to AIRTEL,but the AIRTEL refused to accept my complaint saying that “As the recharge was done through a third party website, we are unable to trace the details of the transaction. We request you to contact the respective support team to check on the transaction status.”
If i dont get the balance the amount should go to my JRI card balance(of justrechargeit.com) as usually it happens before since it already deducted from my bank account.
now this very website(www.justrechargeit.com) is not listening my complaint instead they keep on saying that the recharge was successful.what to do,m really confused to whom i should go.
so i need your help to get justice otherwise in future such problem may become normal phenomenon to me…
