Not Listening to the viewers.

Hi!my name is Mayank Singh and I and want to complain about Hathway Cable company that not listening or even just ignoring and the problem is the message forwaded By INDIA GOV.AND BY TRAI that we have to tell our name and address to them.And I have tally my name and add.to them but then also the msg appears in the screen and interupt .And the msg stands about for 5mins.I have complain to the operator and company also but till now no solutions.So kindly take strict action to them and solve my problem.MY HATHWAY CARD NO.IS 000064487895 and registerd to Mr.PUSPENDRA SINGH.
