Credit Card Charged but tickets not issued

Hi there,

I booked a ticket on April 3, 2015 with website Myairticket.com flying from Hyderabad to Dallas on April 10, 2015 and return on Jun 10, 2015.

The Agent named Rahul Sharma and Preeti Chauhan told me that the ticket will be issued within 2 days.
My credit card was charged for 76460 on April 3, 2015 however tickets were not issued until April 9, 2015

Also I did not hear from them until April 9, 2015. Now I want my INR 76460 back however they are not agreeing for the same.

Inspite of not issuing my ticket they were so rude on me and are not slapping cancellation charges of INR 18000

Please help me out to get this straightened out. Also if you can post a comment nationwide/worldwide that no other customers are cheated like I was.
