Not Received Refund Yet

I ordered Black berry torch 9860 mobile phone from shop clues a month ago and returned the phone because of missing components. They received the mobile phone in there ware house. I would like to get my money back but so far regarding refund they have not taken any action. Please take this complain as an urgent need and request you to get my money back as soon as possible.
