My name is Vikas gangwani from mathura , once again i am bringing this to your notice just in hope that i will get my money refund or product that its been more than 10 days and i haven’t got any of proper response from flipkart side , So here is the scene happened with me with the order id OD202412935615925000. Please look over it seriously and i am expecting a solution from you beacause &Many times i called to customer care executives in return they asked me to wait for a day and provided me the assurance that i will receive a call from their technical team or packaging team .but i havent received it till yet
I have ordered a MOTOROLA MOTO E 2nd GEN on 25th March 2015 during Big App Shopping days. I have paid for the phone via Debit Card as there was a discount on that day. I have made a payment of Rs. 6299 successfully.

After 7 Day, on 1st of April(That means today), product has been delivered to my house while I was away at work. Just an hour ago,when I got back from work & was so excited to un-box my new smartphone but when I opened flipkart cardboard box, I was shocked to see a magazine named, “Grahshobha” & “An artificial Jewellery necklace” which is exactly of same weight as a smartphone box should be. It looks like the package has already been tempered, one can see a layer of simple adhesive tape stick to box after opening it over FLIPKART’s own Adhesive Tape.
Now I feel like being cheated by Flipkart. The worst part, this wasn’t my first order but this is the only product that came through Speed Post, which sucks to the core & until yesterday I wasn’t even able to track my package.
Soon after then I called your Flipkart executives & in return they asked me to wait for 24 hours without any proper response & generated a return request automatically. I am highly disappointed by this act. I don’t care, to whom you blame for this, whether it be Flipkart peoples or the Speed post. I just want my MONEY or the product back as soon as possible.
And after this fraudulent act, I am gonna take an oath that I will never purchase any expensive product via Flipkart.
Now few days back I got the refund of 6299 in my flipkart wallet and again I tried to order it to my delhi address and still the order is on hold why the hell flipkart is not taking any action OF fraud happened to me please help me out my money is in their hand
