I ordered Two Quantities Mobile name XoloA500 Through Hdfc credit card 6 months Emi. booked date 28.02.2015. But EBay delivered through blue dart courier company I got only one quantity. I asked courier boy. he said we are not responsible. ask to EBay. I called EBay customer care they said we took complaint registered. after two days we will solve the problem. again I called after two days they said our customer care person will call you.. I was waiting one week and 2 week.but they didn’t call me.. then again I called Ebay customer care they said we are not responsible you ask to EBay seller Tam International 09555241789. I called him and told my problem he said send parcel photos then I sent his number by ways app. then he didn’t response my call.. my paisapa I’d :-38720943709. my complaint number:- 901470. I want product or Refund. please solve my problem.. hereafter they don’t do this type for any one customer..
