Faulty Product

I have purchased karbon titanium s2 plus from snapdeal on 29/1/2015 and within 15 days display of my phone started showing some rainbow effects line on it and then it became blank, then i handed over to its authorised service centre on 18/2/2015 they said our policy is to repair phones in 7-30 days and now they are saying 10 more days will require to repair my phone and when i asked the reason for it they said part is not available in the company.now i want refund from company…as i am suffering alot without mobile….
