I have taken hathway broadband connection 1268093 account number(plan of prepaid 6 mnths with 15gb permonth data). I have faced several problems till date> Most ridiculous problem is I tuk connect on 3rd feb, till 3d march consumption was 12GB. I was expecting to get the data count updated on 3rd march. I was not updated and i got an sms after count of data crossing 15gb, which i think is incorrect. when i am asking them they say u are used shared wifi and some1 is using ur wifi and no detail data count they ae sending us.
Please help us on this
