bsnl phone dead and broadband not working

Hello Everybody,

I am facing very difficult problem with bsnl. I am not sure how publishing here will solve. But, as a common man with little hope on everything i am giving a try.

My landline no: 080 28391693 is dead for 10 days. I have raised following tickets which were closed without resolving anything.

I depend on broadband for my work. Bsnl is not doing charity even 1 day delay in payment they take late payment fee.

Now, 10 days my work is hampered which has put so much pressure will they not charge me for this 10 days?

From wire man they expect commission to come and fix the issue. After paying bill i hv to pay money to these wireman. Since i am not paying they are not fixing the issue. Will this forum help me in this distressing time.
