Taken money but not giving proper service

I took a hathway connection last month. I was told that if I pay 6 months advance , then I need not pay installation charges and activation charges amounting to almost Rs.1300. So I paid 6 months advance of Rs. 1800 (Rs. 300 / pm) I was told that all English channels will come but that never happened. He did not give us any bill on the spot saying he’ll give later. Now most of our channels dont work. None of the english channels work. The guy is rude when we call him. His manager whose name is Isac does not pick his call. I have made many calls to complaint number but they never pick the call. I am very disappointed with the service and feel cheated. I am enclosing all my details here.
