Micromax-Faulty product not repaired after waiting for more than 1.5 months


i have bought a new micromax unite 2 mobile phone in august-2014 , only after using it for 4-5 months, it started showing up with issues like freezing up and finally getting restarting every now and then.

Since it was covered under warranty i approached the nearest service center (Tamana Infotech,Andheri E ) and found out that it has having some major hardware issues which these people over here cannot resolve so it was sent to the Company for repairing purpose for which it will take 1 month.

After helplessly waiting for 1 month when i went to collect my phone i was shocked to found out that it was further damaged i.e the mobile screen was broken and also the original issue was unresolved.

They took almost a week more to repair the broken screen and now again they have sent it to the Company for the original issue. It has been around 2 months now and still i have not yet received my phone in spite of frequent visits to the service center, every time they provide me with a date but it ends of going even more ahead.

I don’t know how will this complaint help me in getting my phone back , but just wanted to create awareness about this cheap company Micromax so that any other person does not fall into this trap. i still regret my decision the day i bought this phone.
