fraud mobile tower company

Sir there was an advt in newspaper for tower installation. When i called him he(manpreet). asked me to wait for one day . Next day he said that my roof is selected for vodafone 3g tower and asked me to deposite 1050rs to sbi account by the name sudarshan lal
I deposited the money on 25/2/2015 .on monday 2/3/2015 he said to me that your sbi account is saving account so 35lakh will not com to you he asked me 15300 more to increase limit of my account i understood that he is fake. And i did not paid to him any more. But he is having scanned copy of my id ration card passbook i fear that he can miss use it what should i do
