On Sunday Morning of 1st march 2015 (around 7 to 7.30 a.m), I’m Surfing the Internet, that Time suddenly Popup the Vodafone advertisement in my Mobile Browser, so Closed the advertisement and on the spot i got SMS from Vodafone which mention 44 rs deduct from my Account and Tiny TV service Activated.so I am Calling the Customer care on the spot.customer executive told me in 24 hours i getting my refund back\ but in 24 Hours I didn’t got my balance back, so call once again customer care but that time i’m not able to connect customer care from my cell number, when I press 9 number for customer support so its redirect to me on press 1 for balance and validity section.. I’m trying few time more but got the same result.
so i m calling from another Mobile number so its connect in 1st try so i told all my problem to customer care, he replayed back there is no complaint about my refund so i told him every thing, so he told me there is not refund me back, so i tell him call forward to your up line so he denied me. then I pressurize him so he told me I back my refund in 4 hours.but not back to me yet.
after that once more time i call customer care with another number and I argue with him but he tell me clearly i not getting my refund back, so i told him to forward to your Team leader or any other responsible person so he told me there is no other upline person there right now. and he is not listening to me i told him few more times but he is not listening me and revert me back with bad languages and he is pick me on hold without any my permission and i am on hold more than 20 minute but he is not pick me so i disconnect my call.
so my complaint is Vodafone always make customer fool. and its always deduct balance from over account without reason or with out our knowledge.
I want my money back any how.
I want more person with proof so we can case against Vodafone.
