International roaming – no network

Dear Sir,

Would like to bring to your notice that my parents have gone to australia & after taling to the customer care i recharged their no which is (8757440939) with 997 international roaming pack for a month. But even after recharging their number with the said pack the are getting no network on their mobile. When i call up the customer care the tell me that they cannot help me as they are not in australia.

My question is in that pack of 997 there is no balance which is credited to your account and after a month the pack would also expire so in that case i donated 997 to airtel.
if you guys really wanted a charity you should have told me i would have donated the amount any which ways , why do you guys give a misleading information with confidence.

I wish to have the refund of the amount or else i would be forced to lodge a complaint.
