This is in regard to my latest Vodafone bill dated 5th Feb-2015.
I am a regular Vodafone customer and using Vodafone services since last 2 yrs (Prepaid and now postpaid).
My regular billing amount is Rs. 303 (Excluding Service Tax) as per latest bill.
However for this bill I have been charged 75 rupees additionally for “d2c_mobilart_75”.
I don’t understand what is that. And as per my knowledge I have not used such service from Vodafone in last month. Customer care is as useless as it can get. They had no explanation. Revert the charges right away. Don’t spoil your reputation for a matter of Rs .75/- .
