wrong charges

I was wrongly charged in bill of January for Vodafone india mobile no 9463644213
1. Rs 49 for d2c_mgossip
2. Rs 99 for d2c_shortformats_tiny tv
3. Rs 99 for d2c_ndtv valuepk
4. Rs 30 for hello1_tvallsouth
5. Rs 49 for dwap ani0049 ppu TWICE
6. Rs 99 for dwap dls ppu kun
7. Rs 30 for dwap vid ppu mob
These total up to Rs 504.
I hav never used these services or even heard of them. And how could Vodafone pay money on my behalf when we are not even giving any consent .Neither they sent any msg fr these deduction. When contacted the 198 helpline I was simply told to pay and no heed was paid to my complaint. They even refused to record my complaint and were really rude about it. Even my services were discontinued and I was forced to pay.
