balance being cut unnecessary no. of times

My mobile no. is 8098179240.I have prepaid sim of Vodafone.
My balance is being reduced no. of times by 60-70 rupees.
The latest by 69 rupees.
When I check last 3 activities it showed that I downloaded DNLD-DWAP_ANI0069_PPU_CRE00691001.
I wanted solution for this so that I won’t happen again in the future.
Deduction of balance is very frustrating. Sometimes I am not able to make important calls and feel helpless as the customer care has no answer.They simply raise their hands.
