I was charged Rs. 99/- for shotformat_dwnlp_9 and Rs. 99/- for hello1_tvallsouth_, though I have not downloaded any such file nor have I authorized Vodafone to deduct any amount from my account without even my consent. Customer care is as useless as it can get. They had no explanation.
Revert the charges right away. Don’t spoil your reputation for a matter of Rs .198/- .
