I have ordered one Digiflip Pro XT811 Tablet from flipkart…destined for Nilanga(Latur district).
I have confirmed before placing order whether delivery to this destination is available from flipkart.They confirmed yes its available. They said 10 working days it will take to deliver post order is placed. I have placed order,after 15 days they informed me that pick up was not available. But it has never reached to my mentioned address.
They informed to me that material has came back to origin,I need to replace order they assured this time it will be definitely delivered.I also made mistake by believing them. Placed order once again…after 15 days their courier partner informed me that delivery to said destination is unavailable from them. Received call from flipkart saying that sir we need to cancel order refund will be done in 5-7 working days and I need to replace order…..It was shear frustration….nothing else I got from flipkart…..i am waiting for my money now…..expecting no more excuses from them at least for my money refund……guys please place order only if necessary….dont even take chance if you want to gift someone on some special day….you will get spoil show from flipkart….i assure you.
