FLIPKART SENT ME WRONG PRODUCT AND THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO REPLACE IT

Order ID: OD001911520182313100 TODAY I RECEIVED EURO MEN BRIEF BUT THE COLOR OF IT IS ASSORTED BUT I HAD ORDERED BLUE ONE.

I already have talked to your customer care agent but they just told me that the product can not be returned.They also told me that the actual product color and size may differ and customer have no choice but to have this.

I just received the product and the delivery status is not updated in your website yet.
please solve the problem as soon as possible and take strict action against flipkart.
