I had purchased An ACCU CHEK GLUCOMETER Blood sugar testing machine from snapdeal online in the last week of November’14. I received the product in the first week of december’14. But it was a physically damaged and the test strip box seal was open. I complained about it and then it was taken back after i mailed images of the product.I was given an assurance that this time i will not have any complain. But again i received the same set of product this time also on 18th december’14.
Till date, no action has been taken by the snapdeal people although i have emailed them the images of the product as desired by them.
And now after so many phone calls and emails sent by me, i only get to hear that the backoffice people are working on it. Now after waiting for such a long time, i have purchased the product from the local market.
Hence need a refund of the amount paid in SD cash i.e. snapdeal cash account.
