wrongly deducted Rs 171/- from my main balance in my aircel, bihar circle no. 9097061539

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am Sujeet Kumar. I am using Aircel, Bihar Circle no. 9097061539. On 01.01.2015 my main balance was Rs. 207.59/-.In night at 10.15 PM on 01.012015, I got a massage from aircel-“thanks for subscribing to aircel BHA2A43, offer benefits will be provided shortly”. The mobile was on table and nothing happened. I had not subscribed anything. The mobile was in locked mode in night and I got massage suddenly without activating/subscribing anything. My main Balance became Rs. 164.59/-. I found Rs. 43/ wrongly deducted from my main balance. I talked with aircel customer care no. about the matter, but no response has been occurred.
Now, second time, at 2.33 pm on 02.01.2015 again the same thing happened. The mobile was locked and was on the table. Suddenly I got a massage from aircel–“thanks for subscribing to aircel BH3GPI128, offer benefits will be provided shortly”. I had not done anything, I had not subscribed anything. This time my main balance became Rs. 36.59/-. I found this time Rs. 128 wrongly deducted from my main balance. I again talked with aircel customer care no. and informed about whole thing, but no response has been occurred again.

So, totally Rs. 43+128=Rs 171/-are wrongly deducted from my aircel no. 9097061539, Bihar circle no.
Kindly, credit my wrongly deducted amount of Rs. 171/- in my main balance.
