Replacement

I ordered TCS 3200 sensor from their website which was not working properly them i placed claim for it as then after few days they told me that i should contact the seller directly as they will not process my claim and as i am trying to contact them they are not replying me which is first complaint against Ebay.in.
The second one when i contacted to seller who is from kolkata he told me that i should apply for replacement within 24 hrs of receiving the item which was not mentioned anywhere and also it was not appropriate as by ebay it takes more than few days to process claim so they are completely cheating me and not giving replacement which i deserve from sonishopcom as per ebay guidelines.

    Order Placed on 30/11 the courier company delivered the goods on 6th Dec whereas you confirmed the recipt on 11/12, then placed claim on eBay on 12th Dec which was rejected on 17th Dec.

    After we shipped the goods it took you almost a 8Days to put up this matter for replacement?

    Your query and activity is self explanatory we don’t need give justification for the same.
