Sir,I am an Airtel user.yesterday (1-1-2015) I was using internet at 1.59 pm,after using internet I checked my account balance I found that my main account balance was deducted of ₹73.while I have an activated internet pack 3g.
I connected customer care immediately there are saying that the balance is deducted for internet uses while my internet balance is still 17mb.
Sir I am not satisfied with the service provider.

Sir, the issue is still unsolved.
Representative promised me to call within 24-48 hours but I didn’t get any call.
