Worst service with new connection and customer care with no feedback

I had applied for a new connection in the month of November 2014. The representative mentioned that the connection will be activated within seven days knowing that they are short of the material. I was also being told that the payment made through cheque will be deposited once the connection is active. The connection was not active within 7 days, the money was gone, no customer feedback as to why it is getting delayed. Then I got to know that they do not have the required material. They requested me to wait for another 2 weeks which I did. And now it is almost end of december with no connection. Everyday I keep on calling and they say that it will be done tomorrow. Also just for the sake, the did some cabelling which was not correct and installed the modem. The customer care keeps on calling saying that is the connection active and when told that it is not and asked what is the reason, they say that they will check and give a call back in 5 mins which never happens. Worst service through YOU Broadband.
