suspension of Vodafone number after bill payment

Dear concern,
I got a new postpaid SIM CUG connection(WIPRO). My bill was Rs706 approx. of November month and I paid the bill on December 2nd,2014, paid amount is Rs600 (I got relaxation/discount of Rs100 ).
But the Vodafone team has suspend my number so I called Customer care, as per Vodafone executive they didn’t receive the payment, 15 days has been passed but till now they didn’t received and every time they’ve shared new interaction number.
I took follow up past 15 days they didn’t give any proper response and now they are charging me Rs1248.27.
I’ve shared the bank statement and every supportable documents but no resolution.
I don’t know why they are charging this much amount now as I’ve already clear the pending bills.
I asked them to share the e-bill, but they didn’t.
And it’s my official number so I am suffering a lot, requested you to do the needful and take action against them.

Attaching Vodafone receipt of bill payment, discount bill copy, the bank statement and mails which are shared to Vodafone team.

The payment has been done via Vodafone portal (My Vodafone).
