Vodafone Bill charged for 226 (for wapvilla_ppd & hello1_tvallsouth_)

For Bill no: 0247587527 dated: 06.12.14, I have been charged with a sum of Rs. 226 by Vodafone.
This is on the name of wapvilla_ppd (3 times @ 49/-), hello1_tvallsouth_ (1 time @30/-), d2c_mgossip_pack49 (1 time @ 49/-)
I do not understand what the hell is this. How such a big company, can do these kind of technical mistakes with their old customers.
I am constantly writing e-mails, calling on the customer care(they keep me hold and just dis-connect), posting the complaint on Vodafone’s website, but I feel vodafone does not care.
I am a very old customer of Vodafone, and have always paid my bills before the time, that too with exceeded amount.
Last month also the same has happened, and I was charged with in-correct amount, that too with wapvilla_ppd for 49/-.
But this time they have cleared all the barriers.This is such kind of unprofessional & unacceptable behaviour.
Not replying to e-mails, calls at all.
