I bought acer aspire one from acer digital store shop no. 18 upper ground floor, capri trade centre, dehradun (uttarakhand). After few days I found that the netbook is second hand and had a broken warranty seal. The earphone point stopped working afterwards. When I approached acer customer service I found that the netbook serial no. Was willfully written wrong. Later I found that the dealer address is also wrong on the bill. There was no online entry for this purchase. When I approached the dealer regarding this he ensured me that he will give me a corrected bill and I will got my netbook repaired on his reference. He returned the netbook but refused to give the bill. I have to visit 30 km 10 times by spending 500 rs each time for the bill but he always gave excuses. Now he is totally refusing his liabilities.
Here I want to tell that I was a very reliable acer customer till now as its my 3Rd acer product. I always suggested others to buy acer products but now seeing such a poor, selfish, greedy, arrogant, ridiculous dealer ( vishal walia) I will never buy an acer product and neither will prescribe.
Highly disappointed with acer.
