Today morning my BSNL No. 9434666457 was auto recharged Rs. 30 around by BSNL regarding validity recharge of my SIM. Now, being an senior citizen of 68 yrs doesn’t have the idea so I also manually recharged Rs. 37 today itself in the same purpose. This type of recharge of validity I had done previously six months back. Hence, I thought I should repeat the same. Now I had discussed with Customer Care associate of BSNL and he informed that no money can be refunded as according to him BSNL had sent message previously. As the validity had been double recharged, my question is that- 1) why the double recharge option is not auto stopped as BSNL had earlier recharged the same. 2) whether being an senior citizen of this country, I am not able to go through every SMS and my money should be refunded by BSNL.
