Refund amount from Tasty Khana

I was supposed to get a refund for the order i placed at tasty Khana. It has been more then 2 months now and no refund has been done.

I tried contacting them through emails and get an reply saying refund is completed please check with your bank.

Checked with the bank regarding this and get an reply saying no refund has been initiated with the request id provided by Tasty khana,

I asked TastKhana to provide me ARN number and transaction details which was asked by the bank still they donot provide any info regarding this but reply with a non sense email saying your refund has been completed.
