This to inform you all Instead of repeated efforts and calls I’m not getting any kind of Proper support from LENOVO end

It is for your information I bought new Ideapad on 16.09.2014.
On the very next day I had found that webcam was not working, for which I’ve lodged a complaint on 17.09.2014
And a service representative came after a month on 15.10.2014.He was unable to resolve the problem at site and he carried the laptop with him.
After one month on 14.11.2014 I had received the laptop, webcam was working fine. Again I found that autorotation feature is not working for which again I’ve lodge a complaint on 15.11.2014.
On 17.11.2014 service representative came but unable to resolve the problem. then he explained me that at the time of replacing webcam service centre broke the lid and LCD for which they replaced the original LCD of my laptop.
again on 19th Service engineer came and suggested for replacing LCD,AUTOROTATION CABLE,TOP COVER
I’ve spent 50K for buying a new laptop. If someone spends 50 K for buying a new laptop, he/she expects the best quality products, but sorry to say it seems I have wasted my money on junk.
I would never suggest anyone in my company or my friend circle to buy Lenovo product
