My name is Vivek Yadav and my reliance id is 369830160475 . My problems with reliance started right after I applied for a wired broadnet connection on the 7th of august 2014. After paying the full amount, I had to keep waiting for the connection to be installed with no information from reliance. I called the reliance agent who had come to my house, to inquire about installation but he kept telling me that it would be installed in a few days. Finally one day he told me that I would have to bribe the installation guys to get my connection installed . I protested that why should I pay them when I have already paid reliance. He told me plainly that those installation guys are “kaamchor” and stuff , and you have to grease their palms to get it installed, otherwise it would take more then a month . So reluctantly I agreed to pay those guys . After me agreeing to pay them something extra , they arrived the very next day and I had been waiting for them like for 7 days . So after installation I had to give them RS 300 as tip(lol).
I though may be at least now I can live in peace , but that was not to be. The problem started right after installation and I faced frequent disconnections and after just two my internet just stopped working. So on august 18th I decided to lodge a complaint with reliance. When I called them I was surprised to find out that they did not have any information about me in their database regarding my connection and so they could not take my complaint. I was so frustrated that I almost shouted at the guy. The guy told me to wait for some time before my details get updated in their system as my connection was new . So I waited for two days and then called again to complain regarding my dead connection . But I got the same answer that my details are not available with them. A week passed like that ,with me calling daily and getting the same answer . Finally on 25th of august they had my details and lodged my complaint . I thought may be after all this wait , this issue would be sorted but sadly I was mistaken . My connection was still down and I called reliance customer care daily and they told me they are still working on it . Ten more days passed and one day when I called reliance they told me they had solved my issue and closed my complaint . I tried to tell them that my internet was still down but they wouldn’t listen .
Finally I lodged another another complaint and told them specifically to not close the complaint without taking feedback from me. But they did just that , 2 days after the complaint they had closed it again . To cut the long story short I complained many times (complaint ids being-224168492 , 224576491 , 224646579 , 224688570 , 224719423 ) and they closed them without fixing my connection . To add insult to injury reliance generated my next bill without my internet working . They even topped that by refusing my waiver request (waiver request id 224959434) . My connection has been working half the time(down half the time) since 20th of september and I have been lodging complaint after complaints (complaint id’s 225048534 , 225364979) but to no avail . Even after going through all this crazy stuff and paying their bill (not getting any waiver for down time) , my connection is still down for the last one month. The second last complaint I made was in solving status for 32 days(complaint id 225395297) , and they closed in without fixing my connection !! The icing on the cake is that they haven’t given me a single Rupees worth of waiver , and I have been paying bill after bill in the hope that someday it will work . My last complaint which I lodged on 9/11/2014 (complaint Id 226666270) is still in solving status . And they are giving me this sorry crap again . RCOM f@uckers won’t just stiop lying . I just want my money back so that I can throw the reliance modem out in the trashcan .
