I have bought a watch from snapdeal with order no. 3230595443. After that i faced several issues regarding the delivery of the product, very poor consumer representatives response and at the end after receiving the product, no warranty card given. Please take a serious action against snapdeal for mentally harassing me as my 11000 rupees were at stack. Firstly delivery was late by 1 week, than no warranty card which shows that the product is original. Each time when i called them from my mob no. 8348010720, there was no response from higher officials despite of many promises made by snapdeal representatives. My complaint id is: 11297341. I need a proper explaination from snapdeal and compensation regrading this.

It has been the worst experience of my life and the biggest mistake for buying from your website. After lot of phone calls and mails till now no official contacted regrading this issue and still u people are saying the same statement that ” We Are looking into this matter”. For how long will this continue. Now the water has gone beyond limits and now i am going to file complaint against snapdeal. The reasons will be well known to you since i have told and messaged reasons to snapdeal several times on facebook as well as on phone. The services of snapdeal are pathetic and customer representatives has broken all records of foolishness and harassement. Because of this i have taken firm decision that i will go for a compensation in consumer court..
