I have reliance netconnect data card and speed should be 3.1 mbps as per my data plan. I have paid Rs. 2999 for 45GB. Speed is very slow (i.e. 34 kbps to 155 kbps). I complain to customer care as on 14th october, 2014 and they have given me the complaint no.225803007 but this complaint was closed with 5 days but my problem is not solve. I called them 24th oct 2014 for the same problem they said, this problem is due to some technical reasons of hardware in your area and it will resolve shortly. Then I called 28th October 2014 and they give same reason and tell me the your problem will solve shortly but not given deadline and also refuse to take complaint for the same. Then again called 1st Nov 2014. This time also same thing happened like last time but my problem still not solved. If they are saying the problem in this area then many of customer are facing same problem like me. I have mailed the same query to [email protected] & [email protected] as on 24th october 2014 but no reply received till date. I am suffering from low speed problem and because of this low speed I am not able to work in my office. Kindly take my compliant against reliance communication ltd.
SPEED IS VERY SLOW BUT THEY ARE NOT TAKING COMPLAINT AND NOT RESOLVING THE PROBLEM.
