We ordered Courier Bags from www.modwrap.com
Firstly goods came after 10days of order. We have to call them to get goods dispatched. When we receive the goods they were of inferior quality.
We logged onto www.modwrap.com and filled the online return form but nothing happened for 2days.
Than We called Modwrap to get the goods returned. TO OUR SURPRISE MODWRAP SAID ‘USE THE GOODS AS INDIA MEIN SAB CHALTA HAI’.
But we insited that goods are of no use and take them back. Then they said that next day the courier person will take back goods.
But still nothing happened for next 2days. Than we again called Modwrap and they said send us goods at your own expense. We will not pay for it.
