Hi i am a tikona user from april
my id is 1110066308
from the starting i had a lot of problems
when i purchased it initially they said that there is no FUP
so for selling the , sales person tell all the lies possible
after purchasing i came to know about it.. after talking to them a lot then i changed my plan.the connection is not at all working. In a month almost 5-15 days its not working. for the past two three months i am having the same problem
i have talked to them a lot more than 15-20 times
no proper response. everytime they say that the isue will be resolve or problem with tower or so
this is what is happening always
even now its not working . i have registered the complaints alot of time
even now i called thrice and they say that the issue is with the tower and it will be resolved. If they always have problem with the tower , better they can change it or make sure problem doesnt happen or even if there is any problem it has to be resolved immediately. if its not going to be working by tomorrow, i am pretty sure i am gng to change the conection. but then i am posting this to make sure others get to know about them.
I AM A VERY VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER WITH TIKONA…. NOT ONLY ME BUT THERE ARE MANY
