Refund

I have ordered for an camera on 26/9/2014 but i got it only on 8/10/2014 due to this late delivery i cancelled the order and i returned the product through Bluedart on that same day 8/10/2014

Blue dart tracking id clearly showing that goods was retuned to Mumbai on 18/10/2014 and Mr.Ashok received the parcel but still shopclues is telling they dint receive the courier i am calling to customer care daily but no one is responding clearly. Everytime when i call customer care they asking me to wait for 2 days.

I have wasted money and time and gained Mental pressure for past 1 month for tracking this..

Pls do needful to me…..
