I have placed an order of lenovo a7-50 tablet on snapdeal on 13th october.Snapdeal has handed over the package to bluedart courier company.They have given me an estimate delivery date of 25th october.But they are failed to keep their promise and the have given me another estimate delivery date on 31st october.But in this case they have also done the same thing.I can see through there website that it is waiting in mumbai hub for last five days.they are not doing anything,the customer care representatives are very rude and not shameful about there misdeed.last of all I want to say that I am facing really a bad experience with bluedart.I would be very thankful to you if you take a stern step as soon as possible from your part.
