continuous deduction and activation of unwanted services without any information

Dear Sir,

It is very disappoint that I am fed up with the services of reliance as they always deducting my balance by activating some craps like VIDEO STORE service..etc.. There is no response regarding my mails ( which i sent to reliance customer care ) and also from customer care calls ( when i make calls), for requesting to unsubscribe this crappy service and further don’t activate any VAS service without my permission & please refund the balance which got deducted. I also activated DND in my number but it happened again and again. its very annoying!!
