Hi..i am a vodafone user.My mobile number is 9873646648.I have a complaint against Vodafone wrong practices of deducting balance without any prior permission of the user to activate services like ndtv pack, shotformats etc. Today my balance of Rs 109 was deducted without my consent for some Rs 99 shotformats and Rs 10 wall paper and when I asked customer care they didn’t answer me any
reason. Neither I subscribed any such pack
nor they asked me prior permission to activate
such pack.
It is not the first time that they charged for some false/fake services. About a month ago they charged me Rs 49, 4 times, while first time If
we did not download any such formats, how
could they charged. I got my money back first. time only, later they didn’t refund.They also said that I downloaded this service intentionally and now it’s like a new business of them that they activate services automatically, apply charges and after complaints they refuse to pay back. But the truth is that I didn’t subscribe such services and also I didnt got any message after activating of such survices.
As we are not kids that we can’t
know about any details.
Vodafone should take this matter seriously
otherwise we have to fill PIL against them.
