We had booked 3 deluxe rooms (plan CPAI) in Hotel Delamere(A Hotel of Bansal Group)- Church Road, Gangtok(Sikkim) for total amount of INR 38250 for period 28th Sep.2014 to 03rd Oct2014 for 6 people.
We were coordinating with Mr. Dinesh Gajmere(GM)
We paid 50% booking amount of INR 19000 to them on 25th June 2014 vide reference number SM330066529 in below account

On 15th Sep. 2014 father of one of the member travelling fell seriously ill and we had to rush to hospitals daily for his treatment and in all such circumstances we were not sure of whether we would be going for this trip or not.
On 24th Sep.2014 we decided to cancel the trip as father was not well.
We logged on to their website [email protected] for checking the cancellation procedure but same was not available. Later we mailed are query to hotel e-mail id: [email protected] and informed to Mr. Dinesh over phone for cancellation with reason.
On same day we received a mail from them that as you are cancelling the booking before 3 days we would give only 50% of amount.
And states that as total booking amount is INR 38250 and cancellation amount comes to INR 19125/- so your total advance will be deducted.
On receiving the mail we again raised our query for sharing the cancellation policy as same was not available on their website.
After several reminders on mail and phone, we finally got the link of website for cancellation policy on 09th October 2014 which was not available on their website when we logged in on 24th Sep.2014.
We then asked for the email id and contact details of their website for registering the complaint. We have been sending e-mails to their head office e-mail ID:’[email protected]’ but not getting any positive response.
Request you to look into this in priority.
