I had ordered a combo product of Kitchen tools from online site ‘SHOPCLUES’ having order no 20258869,but to my diamay the product on opening was found to be broken.So I taken imagea of the product and mailed to the site.They admitted the product to be broken.So I had couriered the product with much care through dtdc.At the same timeI had sent image of the courier receipt to which they acknowledged.Now on receiving the product they refunded only the product amount.As per the rule in the site they have to return the courier charges below 300 in form of clues buck but I have not yet received.I even mailed and called them,but no response.Kindly help.
