I would like to register a complaint against reliance sales team.When I was in Chennai I purchased reliance net connect plus on 18 March 2014 by paying 2550 through netbanking. I bought it under an advance rental plan and I was not supposed to get ant bill for the first six months(thats what the delhi based sales person told me). When the delivery was made to me in Chennai the person told me that there was no advance rental plan for six month instead it was for three months.
Since I made the payment already and the person from the sales team profusely apologised for his mistake, I still decided to go ahead and use the data card which to my utter disappointment was not activated till August even after repititive complaining.I had to personally visit the Reliance store in August. My woes dont end here.
The person in the Reliance store without even informing me activated 999 rental plan despite the fact that i already paid 2550 for the advance rental plan.
Now I received bill for the last two months usage amounting to 1767 Rs(which I also paid.)
I called the reliance customer care but they tell me that do not have any information regarding the first payment as the information in their database is from the date of activation i.e from august.
I am highly frustrated and disappointed. How can a customer facing company so indifferent to the incovenience they cause to their customers?
