Sir, i have given my htc mobile for servicing on 13/09/2014.in S.K.ENTERPRISES, KRISHNA MARKET,KALKAJI,NEW DELHI..110019..Ticket no..14INA370023201 and the IMEI no is 352795060498879…HTC Desire 816 dual sim…till today{17/10/2014} i didnt get it back..they are keeping on hold..several times i try to contact them through their customer care service but it was in vain…so my humble request is kindly arrange me a brand new device or equal amount of my mobile…
