Wrong plan activated upon recharge

I have recharged with RC 46 Reliance GSM AP.I am supposed to get full top up on 20 & 30 upto 90 days for RC46,as per the tariff list in rcom website.I did the recharge via paytm.com.I checked RC46 in paytm tariff list for reliance also.It’s the same there also.After recharging i got 150MB 3G data with 7 days validity.

I have raised a complaint with rcom including the screenshots.But no reply.
How come they can put misleading data over official website ???
Lot of customers might be facing such issues.Loss of money for lot of users.
Please respond on this Rcom.

Dear Sir/Mam,

It is very disappoint that I sent a mail twice time (15 & 16-Oct 2014) but there is no response from relaince communication regarding my complaint( I.e, mention below).

It is very disappoint that I am fed up with the services of reliance as they always deducted my balance by activating some craps like VAS USSD service..etc.. and they hsd not give any response or not unsubscribe this crappy service and but it repeated again and again & also they had not refund the balance which got deducted. Therefore I don’t want to activate this sevice anymore on my number. its very annoying!!

On 15-Oct-2014 i recharged my cell account with recharge voucher of Rs. 10 (12:45 PM) and get balance of Rs. 7 and on same day I had received below mentioned msg without any service activation or information, which shows Rs. 3 was deducted from my balance.

SMS Details:

Amount Charged for VAS USSD Services Rs:3.00. Current Main Balance : Rs:5.12 Received on 15 Oct 2014 at 2:00 P.M.
