Xolo – phone not recieved since last 45 days..

sir i submitted my xolo-Q700 phone at xolo service center meerut on 2nd september 2014 and they told me that the phone will come aftr 15-20 days.. but its 17 october 2014 i have not recieved my phone. i am calling them continiously but they are telling 1 week more. 1 week more after that it will be 52 days and moreee… i need to register complaint against xolo service center meerut and XOLO company.
