I bought new xolo cell from ebay. I found that it has been faulty piece.Item which I was received not working functionally. It is very slow functioning even i format everything. When i start any function it stops automatically and giving error after each application playing. And device started heating immediately. I also confirm a problem with service center. And as per his comments, item is having problem in internal system which is not recoverable. I also had word with nayan kumar who is contact person of shop who sell this product.
i have DOA certificate with me from XOLO service cente.
But ebay not allowing me to claim. And service center is saying that it is not recoverable.
To whome i should complain about this ?
