Not received Providen fund

Dear Sir,
I am Digvesh Suthar was working with Waaree Energies ltd – Mumbai for the period of Jan-2013 to Jan-2014.The company has factory at Surat thus My account was registered at Surat PF office and the Head office is at Borivali-Mumbai. My Initial eight months amount was deposited in Surat PF office and after that the company has opened new PF account at Mumbai then My two months amount was deposited in mumbai office.I have claimed My PF In March 2014.but still not received the PF I have contacted Surat PF office according to them they told MY company has given transfer information from surat to Mumbai PF office.but due to the system problem in Surat they are not able to create account and they told that the problem is from Delhi and can not say how much time it will take. I am following for this matter on every alternate day. please look in this matter and do the needful
