TIRED OF CALLING THE CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS BUT NO RESPONSE. MY TV SHOWS SIGNAL LOST ERROR SINCE APPROX 20 DAYS. COMPLAIN NO.- 225457255.
THE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON RECEIVES THE CALL ONES IN A BLUE MOON AND ENSURES THAT THE TECHNICIAN SHALL ARRIVE WITHIN NO TIME BUT HE NEVER ARRIVES.
WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE, WORST COMPANY SERVICE, WORST PRODUCT. AND WORST COMPANY.
